Stratitude appointed by VWSA for change management communication campaign

Volkswagen Group South Africa (VWSA) is launching a new training platform and they have appointed Stratitude to provide change management communication services.

“Stratitude has previously implemented a campaign for our dealership network, which was highly successful and well-received,” said Abubakr Raban, dealer training manager: training academy at VWSA. “Given their experience and out-of-the-box thinking, we are looking forward to launching this campaign with them.”

The mandate requires Stratitude to develop and implement a change management communication strategy to launch and drive utilisation of the new platform internally amongst employees. The agency’s campaign will use existing platforms as well as new channels to engage with employees and educate them about the new platform and its benefits and features.
